Delta Instore provides a comprehensive range of retail display solutions, including generic display units in various sizes, custom-designed display stands, wire dump bins (both square and round), cardboard displays (freestanding and counter), tradeshow concept stands, gondola shelving, and “Shelfie” units. We also offer a variety of accessories such as hooks, shelves, baskets and header options, as well as printing and branding options.
Delta Instore manufactures displays using a variety of materials including Mild Steel (Sheet Metal, SQ/Rect/Round Tubing, Wire), cardboard, and plastics (like PVC, ABS and Acrylic).
We offer various printing options, including UV printing, reverse UV printing, screen printing, and printing on magnetic decals. We can print on a wide range of substrates including cardboard, Corex board, PVC board, acrylic, foam board, magnetic sheets, vinyl, and ABS.
We accept multiple formats, including PDF, AI, EPS and high-resolution JPG files.
Depending on the order size and the complexity of the units, we generally have a production time of 17-20 working days. Many order are also placed in advance to ensure a prompt delivery date.
We do local deliveries, local and international shipping. Many clients also arrange collection at our facilities.
Minimum order quantities (MOQs) vary depending on the product type. Generic display units, custom stands, and wire dump bins generally have an MOQ of 10 units. Free-standing cardboard displays have an MOQ of 20 units, while counter cardboard displays have an MOQ of 50 units.
Every display manufactured by Delta Instore is traced with a QR code tracking system. This ensures that each product meets the company’s standards for quality manufacturing and finishes. This system allows for accountability and enhances the reliability of their production process.
The process starts with a concept meeting to evaluate the client’s requirements. Then, the design team creates 3D renderings to bring the client’s vision to life. A prototype unit is developed and tested before manufacturing (if required). Finally, the completed displays are securely delivered with all necessary installation components. This provides a turnkey solution, including design, manufacturing, packaging, and delivery.
